Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at quilldeck.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a consumer under UK law.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Please note: Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, opened or used UNO card decks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your UNO cards arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is faulty or damaged)

We will provide return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:

  • The item has been used, opened, or is not in its original condition

  • It is returned outside the 14-day window without prior communication

  • There is insufficient proof of purchase
